Did Dragon Ball GT ever happen?
Nothing. Technically GT never happened. Basically, GT was a series that was made without input from Akira Toriyama. For a variety of reasons most fans did not like it very much and Toriyama apparently is not fond of it either.
Is DBGT the end?
After 63 episodes of disappointment, Dragon Ball GT ends with “Goodbye Son Goku… Till The Day We Meet Again.” In this finale, Shenron decides that the Dragon Balls should no longer be used on Earth and announces his intention to leave for a faraway plane.
