What happens if EAD card is lost?
If your EAD is lost, stolen or destroyed, you may request a replacement EAD by filing a new Form I-765 and filing fee (if required), unless a fee waiver is requested and approved. If you did not receive an EAD that USCIS mailed, you can submit an inquiry on non-delivery of a card.
What can I do if I lost my DACA card?

Can I work if I lost my EAD card?
If the EAD is confirmed as lost, file for a replacement. You may start working once you receive your replacement EAD receipt (see #6 below) and after your approved OPT start date (check the USCIS approved OPT start date in your SEVP Portal account).

Processing time for a replacement EAD is 60-90 days. It is not possible to expedite the application. If you have your original approval notice from USCIS and your employer permits, you may continue working while your replacement application is being processed.

Is EAD same as green card?
An EAD allows the holder to work in the United States, it does not grant the holder any immigrant status in the United States and it is not the same as a Green Card. EADs are generally valid for a period of two years and at times EADs valid for a year are being issued by the USCIS.
What happens if USPS loses your work permit?

How do I track my DACA card?
You can monitor your case’s status by using USCIS’s online “My Case Status” tool, at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do. You will need to enter the receipt number for either your DACA application or your employment authorization application.
Why have I not received my DACA renewal?
Sometimes, the people who have applied for a DACA renewal may not have received a notice of approval. Through the delays, the chances are that their work authorization and their DACA had already expired. Or maybe they received it very close to the expiration date of the previous documents.
